TPI Global Solutions is a privately held staffing and recruiting company. We were founded in 1998 and are headquartered in Birmingham, United States.

We began by providing technical professionals to businesses scrambling to fix the Y2K bug, and we established ourselves as an IT talent and services firm that could be counted upon. Since then we’ve grown. We continue to connect employers with IT expertise and help technical professionals find jobs that match their career goals. Now we are expanding to engineering, finance and accounting professionals from our Birmingham, Atlanta and Charlotte offices.

We are building a nationwide talent network of professionals with information technology, engineering, accounting and finance experience and more.
