We are Trainee Senja, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Finnsnes, Norway.

Our Trainee program serves Profilgruppa's recruitment and stabilization efforts for Profilgruppa's member companies, participating municipalities, the armed forces and other public organizations in the Midt-Troms region, as well as Senja Seafood Cluster's member companies and partners. The program aims to attract young, highly educated workers with higher education and to ensure they stay in the region by integrating them academically and socially into the region's work and community life. The Trainee program offers interesting and varied work opportunities, an attractive development program, and a thorough introduction to the Midt-Troms region's society and business life. Through Studiesenteret Midt-Troms and its focus on industry-relevant higher education, trainees can take courses or pursue further education. The Trainee program is open to all new graduates from colleges and universities, within fields relevant to member companies.

We deliver the program through an extensive annual schedule that includes thematic and member meetings, company visits and study trips, together with mentor guidance from leaders in the region's business and community sectors. Trainees are integrated into our network through these activities.

Our geographic scope is centered in the Midt-Troms region of Norway.

We keep the Trainee program open to all new graduates from colleges and universities within fields relevant to member companies.
