Trainers Resource Group is a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry, and we were founded in 1995 and are headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan.

We were founded in 1995 by professionals associated with training to share ideas and resources, in order to be more effective in our organizations, professions, and society at large. We meet once a month on the last Thursday in Karachi and Islamabad, with fellowship (networking) at the start and a 75-minute talk by an HR professional, expert, or trainer.

We deliver our activities through monthly sessions in Karachi and Islamabad, starting with fellowship (networking) and followed by a 75-minute presentation by an HR professional, expert, or trainer.

Our specialties include organizational development, capacity building, emotional health, multidimensional leadership, customer service, talent management, recruitment, training and development, communication, and neuroscience.

We operate in Pakistan, with meetings in Karachi and Islamabad that reflect our national presence within the country.
