We are TRANSEARCH Sweden AB, a public company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 1982 and are headquartered in Göteborg and Stockholm, Sweden.

We operate in Executive Search (headhunting) and have experience in executive recruitment within the private sector and public administration across most industries since 1982. We also conduct Boarding Search and Management Assessments.

We work across Sweden and internationally. We are present in about 40 countries with more than 50 offices. We recruit executives locally in collaboration with our TRANSEARCH colleagues around the world.

Our specialties include Second Opinion, Management Assessment, Executive Search, Boarding Search, Ledership Development, and Succession Planning.
