Triple C - Cross-Cultural Competence, we are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2000 and are headquartered in Bergen, Norway.

We focus on cross-cultural competence and provide training and development services. Our specialization is cross-cultural intelligence, and we deliver courses and programs that promote cultural understanding and cross-cultural leadership. In 2022, we held courses on cultural understanding and cross-cultural leadership in Norway, India, the United States, Nigeria, Brazil, the Czech Republic, Germany and the Dominican Republic. All our teachers and consultants have a broad cross-cultural experience. We also have religious expertise, which helps us understand the values shaping people’s lives around the world.
