We are Trygghetsstiftelsen, a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1990 and are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

We offer employees within the governmental sector who have been made redundant a range of services to help them find a new job, including career coaching. We were established in 1990 under the Job Security Agreement for Government Employees.

We deliver our services to individuals facing redundancy through coaching, guidance, and advisory support aimed at helping them move toward new employment.
