TTC Viet Nam. We are a publicly held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam.

We are licensed by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam to operate in the field of labor export to Japan. We aim to provide Vietnamese workers with peace of mind and trust in quality employment opportunities abroad. We commit to affordable costs with no brokerage fees, to continuous recruitment, and to fast dispatch with high and stable income.

We have become a destination for workers nationwide seeking opportunities to work in Japan. We have dispatched thousands of workers to Japan and established relationships with more than 90 labour unions. We have invested in infrastructure, human resources, and the quality of training for trainees.

We currently operate two training centers for trainees: a skills center and a post-placement center, with the capacity to train over 700 trainees.

We operate in Vietnam and place workers in Japan. We have earned trust from local Departments of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, from the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, and from the Vietnam Association for Labour Export.
