Our patented personality matching algorithm has been empowering recruiters internationally since 2013. Our proprietary pool consists of highly qualified female leaders and experts who are ready to rejoin the workforce as part of a female tandem. We support our customers, particularly their internal employee and her external tandem partner, through a targeted onboarding curriculum.
