Udviklingsbasen ApS

Udviklingsbasen ApS is a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Horsens, Denmark.

We collaborate with municipalities to provide services to citizens with special needs for support under section 85 of the Social Services Act. We offer staffing coverage, guidance, mentorship, and project or acute engagements for vulnerable adults as well as vulnerable children and youth. We provide support from 1 hour per week to 24 hours per day for citizens with special needs at home or in a fixed institution. We also undertake single-person projects with special arrangements, where we through temporary housing and social-pedagogical work establish or reestablish a better daily rhythm and everyday life for the citizen.

We provide pedagogical personnel with many years of experience and pedagogical training for relief and specialized assistance for short- or long-term tasks. We operate at a high level of social-work expertise and deliver substitutes to institutions for children and adults with special needs, to special institutions, and to asylum and refugee settings.
