Ungdomsförmedlingen, we are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

We originated in 2022 because it was difficult to find jobs that fit youth, and applying for jobs could be tiring, time-consuming and frustrating. The idea was to connect job seekers with companies seeking young workers through our own web platform and social media. We offer a portfolio of services that helps corporate clients find, attract and contact youths and young adults for recruitment and employer branding. Today we provide services to many of Sweden's youth employers and have facilitated about 5,000 jobs to date.
