Unibaltic Crewing, we are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2004 and are headquartered in Szczecin, Poland.

Our purpose is to build the future on a strong foundation of knowledge and experience. We seek not only to recruit the most knowledgeable people but also to train those with less experience. We reach that goal by providing seamen with the best possible working conditions, which we believe motivates individuals. We are proud to be in close cooperation with the Maritime Academy in Szczecin. We have offered scholarships to young cadets, and after graduating from the Academy, the young seamen can start marine careers at sea. This proves that our mottos are confirmed by actions.

Our approach is to operate as a group of experienced, creative and committed professionals who are familiar with the specifics of working at sea. Having both seamen's and contractors' interests in mind, we strive to satisfy their needs and to meet the requirements of international sailing standards.
