UNIJOB s.r.o. is a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2000 and are headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic.

We originally operated as a student agency, but we now focus on a broad population. Today, our temporarily assigned workers are recruited from university students, graduates of higher vocational and secondary schools, as well as people who are temporarily unemployed, employed, or self-employed and seeking additional income, including active retirees. In our database we currently record about 5,000 active people who are seeking short-term or long-term opportunities and whom we can contact immediately. We also conduct ongoing permanent recruitment to continually update and expand our pool of potential employees, with direct search for workers by employers.

We deliver services by connecting employers with temporary staff for short- and long-term support from a continuously updated database, while also carrying out permanent recruitment to grow the pool of potential candidates for direct employer search.

Our operations are based in the Czech Republic, with our headquarters in Prague.

We are currently based on Janáčkovo nábřeží in Malá Strana, near the Újezd stop.
