We have more than 15 years of experience in the IT market. We specialize in recruiting and selecting IT professionals from Latin America to work for leading European Union companies. We have completed more than 100 searches and presented more than 500 professionals. We have consolidated experience in IT talent selection for our clients in Europe, including France, Germany, Spain, Poland, Denmark, Portugal, and Italy. Key factors in the success of international personnel selection include taking an exhaustive client brief to understand the position and work details, developing a step-by-step plan with the client, maintaining continuous feedback about the project and candidate impressions, and coordinating interviews between client and candidates (initially virtual), with our agency supervising their progression and final outcomes.
