We are Unindustria Perform, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1995 and are headquartered in Rome, Italy.

We are the training and consulting company of Unindustria, the Union of Industrialists and Enterprises of Rome, Frosinone, Latina, Rieti and Viterbo, providing training and consulting services with the aim of supporting the growth of human resources and business performance.

We support companies at every stage of the training process, offering consultancy for funded courses through Interprofessional Funds and all European, national and local funds, identifying the appropriate financing instrument and providing full support in managing funded training plans, from needs analysis to design, monitoring and reporting.

We increase and manage financial resources of companies of all sizes to support the development of human resources and active policies to enhance competitiveness, meeting their needs for innovation, training and welfare.

We operate in Italy, with offices in Rome, Frosinone, Latina and Viterbo.

We are accredited by the Lazio Region for professional training (continuous and higher training) and hold ISO 9001:2015 certification for our Quality Management System. We adopt an Organization, Management and Control Model in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 231 of June 8, 2001.
