UniSky is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We specialize in recruitment outsourcing and dispatch global personnel to the passenger service departments of Japan International Airports. We pioneered introducing qualified Korean personnel to Japan International Airport and were the first to dispatch Indonesian personnel who wear hijabs as employees in the history of Japan's passenger service airport industry.

We maintain solid, long-standing relationships of trust with our major clients at Chitose airport, Haneda airport, Narita airport, and other international airports in Chubu, Kansai, Matsuyama, Fukuoka, and Okinawa. We continue to focus on securing excellent human resources and providing in-house training in order to maintain and improve the quality of service in the ground handling department.

Our specialties include airport recruitment and IT recruitment. We operate across Asia, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, and Japan, and we provide services related to work in Japan, airport operations, IT, human resources, outsourcing, relocation, overseas employment, job hunting, and employment.
