It includes online booking for coachees, tools for the coach to manage a large number of coachees, and reporting features that make delivery of large-scale virtual coaching projects easy to manage, measure and report. UP-digital is an online learning platform that allows people to engage in collaborative learning from their computer, tablet or smart phone. Current courses include Business Leadership, Job search, Self-leadership and LinkedIn skills development. Volition Booster measures how effectively employees achieve their targets. Self-Leader tool supports intelligent self-leadership and total well-being. Online tools for leadership team coaching.
