UPA Solutions is a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Bucharest, Romania.

We are an authorized protected unit offering a wide range of services, including mediation on the labor market for people with disabilities, professional training, recruitment services, public relations, employee well-being, and workspace redesign and optimization. In partnership with external collaborators whose competence is demonstrated by the success of their projects, we deliver complete programs of soft skills and technical training, advertising services, printing, and the organization of corporate events. The expertise of our team in diverse fields enables us to provide quality services together with a guarantee of achieving the objectives agreed with the client.

We create assisted employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Since 1 September 2017, the option to purchase goods and services in the amount of the tax for unemployed disabled persons was canceled by Emergency Ordinance OUG648/07.08.2017. Consequently, our team identified an opportunity to mediate teams of employees with disabilities for employers within the framework of the solidarity tax under Law 448/2006. The services we offer were developed in a labor market where integration and mediation of people with disabilities is a complex process, often with employers lacking the tools and knowledge to ensure long-term adaptation of the jobs. Our integrated package of services includes all processes to guarantee the client-employer not only the integration of the required number of persons with disabilities but also their progression to positions with responsibilities and attributes currently held by non-disabled employees.

UPA Solutions SRL is accredited to deliver career counseling and guidance services, as well as professional mediation services, operating since 2012 as an authorized protected unit. Among the services offered, we include the identification, recruitment, and integration of persons with disabilities; verification of documents and assistance in obtaining missing documents; the offering process; organization and scheduling for occupational medicine, SSM, and PSI; presenting contractual terms to employees; at least one monthly session of occupational therapy; involvement of at least two social workers in the adaptation process; and daily management of the activities of persons with disabilities.
