UPENDI—we are a self-employed organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Deinze, Belgium.

We aim to inspire and provide professional guidance to young people and adults to map out their career path and build a balanced career. We are driven by a passion for and belief in people, and we mobilize energy through a personal and respectful approach. We rely on long-standing experience and knowledge of the current labor market. UPENDI is a Swahili word meaning “the place where you are brought toward from your heart, with love and passion.”

At UPENDI you can turn to us as a student, school leaver, employee, or self-employed entrepreneur for guidance in the various stages of your career: study choice guidance, job orientation and interview training, career guidance, and outplacement.

For employers, we provide internal career coaching, outplacement coaching, and HR advising.
