Vendôm Talents is a self-owned recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry, and we are headquartered in Paris, France.

We bring the human touch to recruitment and, for 10 years, we have been developing human capital for the luxury industry through meaningful interactions and events, which has grown into a community of over 300 recruiters and 30,000 professionals worldwide.

To unite our community, we develop unique online and offline concepts that create value for the professionals at the heart of the luxury ecosystem. To do so, we build different brands that bring solutions for the different challenges in the industry. We created Vendôm Talents to help candidates find their match in the search for a company. We provide an online platform to ease the process of candidates in the search of “the one.” We support luxury brands through Vendôm Premium by helping them in the search for the talent that will make the team complete. Vendôm Academy is here to help professionals in the luxury sector grow and gain skills that will contribute to the future of luxury.
