Ventas Lab is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and we are headquartered in Miraflores, Peru.

We recognize that hiring the right commercial team is a primary driver of growth for organizations. Companies face challenges with their sales forces, including high turnover, underperformance, and difficulty attracting talent, even though sales staff are among the highest paid. Traditional recruitment often relies on prior sales experience; however, a successful seller may hesitate to leave their current role for a lateral move. We implement a recruitment model based on a candidate's potential according to the key competencies for the client's success, and we address possible experience gaps by implementing an induction process so that the seller reaches maximum performance in the shortest possible time.

We report that the results include a 17% increase in sales in the first six months and 80% of sellers exceeding their quota by the third month.
