What sets us apart from other staffing agencies is that we can offer the same temporary worker each time there is a need for extra capacity. In practice, this means the company only needs to invest time to train the temp on the first assignment. Going forward, a temp can step directly into the position.
We deliver this by providing a temporary worker who can join the role, and when used again, the same worker can be placed to minimize training time after the first assignment.
