Veteranpoolen is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Our business idea provides private customers the opportunity to increase quality of life: in today’s society it can be difficult to balance work and private life as demands rise. We help to free up time and make it possible to prioritize quality time. We offer companies the possibility to staff vacancies with short notice: experienced help for occasional needs or over a sustained period when the demand is greatest.

We deliver our services to companies and organizations through facility services, including technical management and board work; office services, such as on-site care, reception, and janitorial tasks; and staffing/consulting across finance, HR, IT, legal, and warehousing/logistics. For private clients we provide home help (childcare, cleaning, cooking), handicraft (carpentry, painting, repairs), garden work (lawn mowing, tree pruning, snow removal), and care (companionship, shopping and cooking). Our specialties include senior staffing, hiring a pensioner, staffing with pensioners, corporate staffing, household services, and crafts and gardening.
