We are Viet Human Capital Management Institute (Viet HCMI), an educational organization operating in the human resources industry as a subsidiary of TalentNet Corporation. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Our purpose is to train, promote, develop and professionalize the HR workforce of Vietnam. We combine international and practical models to guide our activities and serve HR managers, professionals, and those who want to pursue a career in HR.
Our approach involves delivering programs through collaboration with an advisory board of HR experts in Vietnam. We shape our training syllabus to be practical and applicable, and we work with strategic partners such as the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI), the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and Singapore Management University (SMU).
We specialize in Human Resources, Professional Development, Further Education, Human Capital Management, Learning and Development, Organization Development, and HR Business Partner.
