We are a privately held company operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 1995 and are headquartered in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.

We provide temporary staffing services through individuals contracted directly by us, for whom we act as the employer. We were established 26 years ago by a group of professionals in administration and human resources with the goal of delivering a real and effective response to the diverse needs of Colombia's socio-economic sectors. Our headquarters are in Cartagena de Indias, and we maintain branches in Medellín from which we supply personnel to various companies in Bogotá, Cali, San Andrés, Barranquilla, Santa Marta, Quibdó, and others, positioning ourselves as a company that provides services in an integrated and effective manner.

We have a structure that allows us to detect the specific needs of our clients, while maintaining open communication and delivering solutions to those needs, ensuring the selected personnel are suitable and competent. We manage the recruitment and selection of personnel to identify the right profiles. We ensure that procedures for the entry of our collaborators into the company and into the social security system are carried out swiftly and in a timely manner, in compliance with Colombian labor laws. We offer payroll administration, including payroll processing, SG-SST contributions, provisions of benefits and vacations, payroll upon termination, and generation of payroll reports. Our SG-SST division is oriented to support strategically the overall management of occupational risk prevention and safety in companies.

Geographically, we operate in Colombia, with offices in Cartagena de Indias, D. T. y C., and Medellín, Antioquia. We serve companies across the country in cities such as Bogotá, Cali, San Andrés, Barranquilla, Santa Marta, Quibdó, among others.
