We are Virksomhedsservice - Egedal kommune, a government agency operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Ølstykke, Denmark.

We work professionally and purposefully to build strong links between residents, businesses, and the municipality. Our shared goal is to help unemployed and sick-listed individuals return to work quickly, and to strengthen the local business community through recruitment, upskilling, and retention of employees.

We provide free and simple access to our services, assistance with sourcing and recruiting qualified labor, access to recruitment via all nine job centres through NRS – Nordsjællands Rekrutteringsservice, opportunities for upskilling of current and future employees, assistance to retain employees before, during, and after illness, and professional, business-oriented guidance.
