We help job seekers find better opportunities through our Virtual Assistant service. We search for and apply to jobs on behalf of clients to generate job interviews. Our service operates on a three-month term intended to generate interviews, and we offer CV and Cover Letter drafting plus the creation of online profiles on relevant job portals and companies’ websites.

Approach and way of working: We deliver through a structured process that includes daily applications to jobs from our database across newspapers, social media, other job portals, recruiters’ and companies’ websites. We provide progress updates through our system and we share login details for all accounts created. If an interview is generated, we support attendance; if the interview does not go well, we continue until success or the contract ends. If no response is received within the term, we may extend the service for another three months at a subsidized fee. We make job applications according to preferences and not just salary, as salary discussions occur in later phases of the selection process. We do not guarantee any job or job interviews.
