Vision Management-JOSFMS is a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan.

We are a group of professionals working toward the enhancement of management capabilities of skilled people. We provide management solutions to companies to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Our focus is to enhance the professional capabilities of graduates, young professionals, experienced professionals, organizations and teachers.

We have two service divisions: Consultancy Division and Training Division. In Consultancy, we focus on HR, Recruitment and Selection, Career Planning, Organizational Development, School Development, and Marketing and PR Consultancy for Educational Institutions. In Training, we offer HR Trainings, Management Trainings, Teachers Trainings, Executive Coaching, and Office Management trainings for new graduates.
