VLK Public and Business Relations (PBR) — we are a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Gent, Belgium.

We form part of the Vlaamse Levenstechnische Kring (VLK Gent), the student association connected to the faculty of bioscience engineering. We are responsible for the collaboration between companies and the VLK, as well as guiding students in their search for work or internships.

We collaborate with Het Verbond, the alumni association, and LILA to organize the Bioscience Engineering Career Event (BECE) annually, the job fair for students in bioscience engineering and industrial biosciences. We also organize additional events for our students to assist in their job search, including trainings such as CV workshops and interview training, and information events such as company presentations and the consultancy event.
