Vocare is a privately owned staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Lomas de Zamora, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

We are a team of professionals dedicated to psychological evaluation in the workplace, and we believe that each person and each organization is unique, which is why our services are personalized. Our services include job searches, psychotechnical evaluations, training, and vocational guidance.

We deliver our services by presenting the following offerings. For job searches, we seek to help organizations identify the candidate who best fits the specific needs of the position and the needs of the organization, considering that the solution of the organization resides in the ideal candidate. We maintain a broad pool of candidates, largely composed of students and young professionals who have been guided in career choice by Vocare. For psychotechnical evaluations, we investigate and assess the future candidate's psychological state, examining competencies, aptitudes, capabilities, strengths and weaknesses, and excluding any difficulty that could limit performance. We take into account the competencies required for each position and evaluate, across profiles, areas such as intellectual capacity, adaptability and conventionality, commitment, motivation for work, and the ability to plan and organize, among others. For vocational guidance, we enable discovering the individuality of each person with guidance from a qualified professional, for the construction of a life project. It is a process through which individuals discover their potentials, abilities, interests, motivations, and values, taking into account and knowing the labor reality and environment.
