We are VSELEX - Selección y Consultoría Organizacional, a self-employed organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Salto, Uruguay.

We orient ourselves to offer organizational solutions with human resources management tools, administration, governance, and commercialization. We do this by developing a structure of consulting, directing analysis of methods and organization, training, and process reengineering. We advise on decision making so that the management of the organization is effective, profitable, and sustainable at an operating cost level. We seek to generate a high impact in the achievement of organizational objectives by focusing on the human factor as a generator of value. For VSELEX, professional ethics is fundamental, we stay technically up to date, with a clear orientation to the client and offering solutions that generate benefits to all actors involved in processes aligned with the execution of the business strategy (clients, employees, suppliers, community).
