W Executive is a privately held company operating in the executive search and HR advisory sectors. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Milan, Italy.

We are a group of professionals united by a passion for our work and by the desire to support companies in achieving their growth objectives: we assist them with strategic thinking and consistency to reach the best choices in terms of people and organization. A tailored approach that forms the basis of our corporate vision: “Tailoring Your Success.”

We currently operate nine offices across Italy, with our headquarters in Milan, and locations in Brescia, Torino, Vicenza, Bologna, Firenze, Roma, Bari and Palermo.
