Way Back 2 Afrika is a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Paris, France.

We exist to help Africans and Afro-descendants who are interested in returning to Africa, as well as people who wish to contribute to the development of the continent. We invite you to discover Africa from a different perspective, through its history, cultures and people, so that you can better understand the continent and know what you would like to do there (undertake, work, travel, etc.).

We invite engagement within our community, welcoming comments, questions, and the sharing of expertise and experience.

Our specialties include travel, recruitment, Africa, career, diaspora, and consulting.

We operate in multiple countries, including France, Ghana, Gabon, Senegal, Zimbabwe, Ivory Coast, Togo, Morocco, Rwanda, Cameroon, South Africa, Kenya, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
