Way Of Work - Headhunting Automation is the name we use, and we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Tallin, Estonia.

We were born out of the frustrations caused by time-, cost-, and resource-intensive headhunting and recruitment processes. We recognize endless hours spent searching and screening candidates, expensive networks that yield minimal results, and labor-intensive outreach with low response rates.
