WBS Sp. z o.o. We are a self-owned organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2005 and are headquartered in Kraków, Poland.

We aim to support our customers by providing recruitment and personnel audit services across Europe, helping them secure the best possible employees and optimize processes in the company or in selected departments to increase efficiency.

We have experience in recruiting engineering staff with unique competences and knowledge. We recruit mainly engineers for the industry, for example technologists and CNC programmers, production directors, managing directors of entire production plants, technologists, logisticians, and purchasers. We reach candidates with exceptional qualifications and we consider the candidate's personal profile to align with the company's organizational culture.

Since the beginning of our business activity, we also carry out personnel and organizational audits for our customers. We evaluate the employees, point out weaknesses and strengths of the organization, and focus on work efficiency to optimize processes in the organizations we work for. We have completed over 370 audit projects that have helped our customers to achieve better business results. One of our specialties is the audit of Sales Departments during which we optimize the entire sales process.
