To deliver our services, we source candidates per requisition requirements in ATS, job boards, and social media; we follow the full recruitment process for all candidates per requirement; we call every candidate prior to submission; we conduct video interviews when possible; we complete thorough interviews and technical screenings; we obtain the right to represent for each candidate per client requirement; we submit candidates into the ATS for vetting; we track resume submissions and statuses in the ATS; we build extensive pipelines and networks of candidates proactively; we build lasting relationships with candidates; we attend client calls regarding job requirements; we track email, call, submission, interview, and fill data in our systems; we mentor junior recruiters.
