We are Well Co. Ltd., a privately held crew Manning Agency operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1992 and are headquartered in Riga, Latvia.

We select, recruit and deliver seafarers to clients, including ship owners and ship managing/ crew managing companies. We are based in Latvia and we are the official representatives of Zodiac Maritime Limited in the Baltic States and Russia.

We are licensed by the Latvian Ministry of Transport and undergo annual inspections and audits. We have implemented a Quality Management System certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance. We signed agreements with Zodiac Maritime Limited in 1996 and with Tanker Pacific Management, which was renamed to Eastern Pacific Shipping Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) in 2013. We maintain formal relationships with Centuria Marine Services GmbH & Co. KG (Germany), Chemtrans Crewmanagement GmbH (Germany), Cymare Shipmanagement Ltd. (Cyprus), Triton Schiffahrts GmbH (Germany) and NSB Niederelbe Schiffahrtsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG (Reederei NSB).
