Wellness Lab Mexico is a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

We provide training, advisory services, and organizational coaching in corporate wellness. We specialize in designing strategies for wellness and productivity, and we develop programs and experiences oriented to health and the performance of the organization’s human capital, delivered through three lines of work in virtual and in-person modalities.
