We deliver local and international sourcing as experienced community builders with access to a diverse talent pool both locally and internationally. We screen and shortlist for your needs. We interview candidates through a strict process to avoid unconscious biases and stereotypes. We provide training on bias, job descriptions and language, employee branding, and culture. We organize recruiting events with candidates based in the preferred locations (currently virtual). We support retention and nurturing through hiring, evaluation and promotion processes based on performance and skills, not on stereotypes or bias.
