We were founded in 2019 in order to create more fair recruitment processes, contribute to an inclusive business environment, and reduce discrimination in the labor market. With the help of our methodology, we increase the accuracy of recruitment, reduce risks of mis-hires, and open up for a diversity that contributes to a positive business. Our parent company is a Swedish consulting firm in archives and information management, which makes us experts in that area.
