We were founded in 2003 with the aim of placing the right people in the right positions. We help companies meet their workforce needs through the provision of temporary staff or permanent employees. Our roots are in the agricultural sector, and we are active in other sectors such as logistics, engineering, and the food industry. Our motto is: Westflex works everywhere.

We specialize in recruitment and selection, payroll, temporary staffing, contracting, ZZP, and recruitment.

We operate in the Netherlands, Poland, and Romania. In the Netherlands, we are present in Wateringen and The Hague; in Poland, in Piotrków Trybunalski; and in Romania, in Suceava.

We are a member of ABU, the trade association for Dutch temporary employment agencies.
