Westro AB is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Täby, Sweden.

We began with a frustration about the industry’s fixation on profit over quality. We aimed to change and revolutionize a vital part of the labor market within staffing and recruitment, and we realized we needed to think outside the box. We built a model that centers on seeing the individual and their personality first. Merits are valuable, but we believe it is more important to dig deeper to offer first-class employees who fit our clients. Finding the right competence is the easy part; we also take on the challenge of identifying individuals with personal traits that align with a company’s culture.
