About Wickvale Our commitment is to always grow people, culture and organisations. As we’ve grown across the past few years, we too have evolved, and we’ve decided that our clients should spend less time puzzling over our old name’s pronunciation, and more time getting the work done to improve. So we’ve decided to kiss ‘MWAH’ goodbye, and move forward with a proper name for crucial work. We are Wickvale. A serious name for serious work. Wickvale began as ‘an end to wicked problems’, went to a place where wicked opportunities are possible, and from there ever-grows to capture why we exist. Characteristics of our work and how we work At Wickvale, there are three core characteristics to our work and how we work together and with others. What We Do From the foundations of our core characteristics, we work with a diverse range of clients, in close collaboration with Boards and C-Suite Leaders who fully understand and prioritise people, seeking to deeply understand their culture as it is, and who are ready to take actions to optimise their organisations, realising growth and potential. We approach culture as a complex and deeply human system, that can be either the greatest strength or potentially the biggest limitation. We combine our proprietary technology platform, with research-standard quantitative and qualitative methods, to provide recommendations that are practical, succinct, and - above all else - meaningful. We then partner with organisations and teams to make step changes to systems and mindsets to focus on the values and strengths that matter most, resolve tension points, and embrace opportunities that present.
