WIDESEA Marine Services & Shipping Line Inc. We are a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Makati, Philippines.

We are a Manning Agency licensed under the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) and compliant with ILO and IMO standards. We are accredited and affiliated with recognized international training centers and medical clinics to assure quality and competitive personnel before being engaged with our principals under strict quality control.

Our office staff derive from backgrounds in Master, Chief Engineer, DPO, and Engine Officers, and we include educators in their respective fields, supported by colleagues with long onshore and offshore experience across various ships and tonnages, whether conventional or offshore vessels and drill-ships.

We prioritize life, environment, and property in all levels of operation. Safety practices begin in our management, and we pursue long-term engagement relationships rather than short-term offers, as we look to the future of our next generation and strive to sustain our legacy by delivering quality and efficient crew to our clients.
