We were born from the historic collaboration between Wine Meridian, the online magazine that supports the internationalization of Italian wine companies, and Competenze in Rete, a recruiting company with strong sector expertise. This partnership has become an autonomous project with the objective of placing human resources at the center of the game in the wine sector. Our clients are companies in the wine supply chain, from suppliers of winery technologies to producers seeking an export manager, and regardless of their size, they need help in finding and selecting new human resources.

Our candidate network is cultivated daily through our international relationships and the database of Competenze in Rete, which is continually updated on changes in the roles and companies of the professionals and managers placed.

Our services include recruitment and selection of specialized personnel for the wine sector, with a particular focus on commercial roles (Recruiting & Head Hunting).
