Winston Wolfe is a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Aalter, Belgium.

We offer a diverse range of services within learning and development, and this is reflected in a typical work week at our office.

We deliver our services by collaborating with clients on learning projects, presenting progress on eLearning modules, and demonstrating how we convert classroom training to digital learning using Adobe Captivate. We refine visuals and interfaces and integrate new functionalities, and we use tools such as Illustrator and Unity to support our work.

Our specialties include learning onboarding policy, game-based learning, complex learning solutions, gamification, mobile learning, workshops, and fun stuff.

We operate in Belgium.

On Fridays we handle video shoots for a client focused on food safety and quality topics, producing eight short instructional videos in collaboration with video freelancers.
