We are Work Force Services România, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Bucharest, Romania.

We provide access to foreign personnel for Romanian companies, with staff available within 12-14 days. We assist with foreign labor already in Romania and available in the shortest time, and we help with bureaucracy and obtaining the legal right of residence and employment for foreign citizens, including work permits, residence permits, long-term work visas, or other documents.

Our delivery approach includes easy-to-contract services such as placement of non-EU personnel under a service provision contract that starts from 48 lei per hour, plus VAT, based on a norm of 168 working hours per month. The rate includes all costs and payroll taxes, meal vouchers, accommodation, and transport. We offer the possibility of Pay-per-Unit once the workforce reaches maximum productivity; you pay per unit delivered, not per hour. For larger teams, we provide a dedicated Team Leader who is present daily at your location, with rates starting from 9,900 lei per month, plus VAT.

Recruitment and selection services start from 2,350 lei, plus VAT, and include recruitment and selection, obtaining of work permits and visas, preparation of all employment documents, extensive medical examinations, life insurance with medical assistance included for 12 months. Paid only once, and replacement of non-compliant staff is free.

We operate in Romania and support foreign personnel from Nepal, Pakistan, Vietnam, Republic of the Congo, Nigeria, and Algeria.

We provide these services under a service provision contract that simplifies the procedure and allows us to start quickly. Recruitment and selection are paid only once, with free replacement of non-compliant staff.
