We are Work Is Progress, a program of the Soleterre Foundation dedicated to the employment inclusion of the most vulnerable people, and we are active in Italy, Francophone Africa, and Central America. We operate in the Staffing and Recruiting industry as a partnership, and our headquarters are in Milan, Italy.

We aim to enable everyone to find work and to keep it over time. We recognize that among the challenges faced by a person and their family, some create obstacles to meaningful entry into the world of work. For more than ten years we have addressed the needs of the person and the family to improve their living conditions. We believe that the progress of a society, to be real and lasting, must involve people and communities before the economy, science, and technology. These concepts remain abstract unless they are grounded in people's lives. Individuals find their place with dignity in the world through work, which provides an opportunity for evolution for the person and society. That is why our program is called "Work IS Progress".

We deliver our services by taking charge of the needs of the person and the family to improve living conditions and to support entry into the world of work.
