Worri, we are a public company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Budapest, Hungary.

We identify and address workplace risks, including stress, absences, sick leaves, accidents, and turnover, and we help employers support the mental health of their staff. We note that absences are caused by workplace risks in about 50 to 60% of cases, and in Hungary this amounts to around HUF 1 trillion in annual losses. By 2030, workplace stress and depression could become major health issues worldwide. We encourage employers to engage with their staff, as they are the engine of the business. A risk-free workplace environment and stress-free staff make a company a more attractive place to work, and this also significantly influences performance. We offer a certification and invite you to pursue it to demonstrate exemplary employer standards.
