WSP Rijnmond (WSPR) is a government agency operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

We support employers with a social focus. We advise companies and organizations on inclusive employment and help them recruit, select, and place new staff. Through this work we help people who need a little more support to maintain lasting employment, and we contribute to a secure livelihood. Through collaboration there is one way of working, one package of services and schemes, and every employer has a single point of contact. We work with employers on tailored solutions and we remain involved with both the employer and the employee after placement.
