Yearning L&D Community

Yearning is a non-profit L&D community of young learning and development professionals who are passionate enough about what they do. We work in a very competitive and dynamic field where the sky is always the limit and becoming saturated is never an option, so it is healthy to be reminded that no matter how old we grew, we’ll always be young enough to learn something new. The community operates through 4 major pillars which are long term, short term learning, alongside with the circle of sharing, and dry run arena while Sharing the values of diversity, inclusion, collaboration and mutual respect.
